• There is compliance with the Trust Deed and Rules
• The Pension Plan is properly registered and all subsequent amendments are properly approved by the Board of Inland Revenue and registered with the Supervisor of Insurance
• The Pension Plan is administered in accordance with the provisions of the Insurance Act
• The Audited Financial Statements and Actuarial Valuations are prepared in a timely manner and are submitted in accordance with statutory requirements
